Are there any additional charges that may be incurred after the initial quote?

No, there are absolutely no additional charges.
We will provide you with a price estimate beforehand, and we will only begin work after you have approved it.
In the unlikely event that additional work becomes necessary during the process, we will always confirm with you before proceeding.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

It would be best if you could contact us 2-3 days before your desired date for a smoother process.
If you are in a hurry, same-day service may be possible depending on our schedule, so please feel free to contact us.

Do I have to be home on the day of the work?

While we generally request your presence during the service,
for repeat customers or if we can receive your keys in advance, we can perform the work without your presence.
In that case, we will send you a report with photos via LINE or email after the work is completed.

Can a woman living alone feel safe using this service?

Bathroom cleaning: Approximately 2 hours

Entire room cleaning (1K): Approximately 3-4 hours
